About us
Who are we
HoloMind is a group of educational and research organizations defined by three words: experience, science, and therapy. We are creating the HoloMind Foundation, focused on research, as well as the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy, dedicated to training programs, a counseling center, and conferences.
Our mission is to counter harmful practices and reduce harm. We share global discoveries about new forms of therapy that help people recover from depression, PTSD, and addictions, while also supporting the development of emotional intelligence, which contributes to preventing negative mental health phenomena.
We work with therapists, psychiatrists, scientists, and practitioners.
Please remember that psychedelic substances are illegal in Poland and may be dangerous to your health. We do not encourage the illegal use of psychedelic substances. Our focus is on education, support, and harm reduction.

Our goal is to educate on:
New forms of therapy using psychedelic substances, which help alleviate depression, PTSD, addictions, and support the development of Emotional Intelligence in humans.
Utilizing altered states of consciousness in therapy and psychiatry, as well as integrating psychedelic experiences.
The latest discoveries in science, psychiatry, and therapy through online activities, article publications, videos, and books.
Countering the effects of irresponsible use of psychoactive substances.
Harm reduction in non-clinical use of psychedelics.
Practical experiences and scientifically researched methods that are ethical and verified.

WHERE DID OUR NAME COME FROM
Why HoloMind
HoloMind is a name that describes
holistic – an approach to various therapy tools combined with science, practice
so HoloMind means that we gather tools from various sides in a holistic approach, with a holistic openness, to lead to a holotropic process, meaning a process aimed at wholeness, so that a person becomes whole for themselves, within themselves. The term “holotropic” comes from the Greek words holos (whole) and trepein (to aim at something), loosely translated as “aiming towards wholeness” – meaning the pursuit of integrating the human being as a whole
thus, the HoloMind Institute of Psychedelic Therapy is an organization that educates about psychedelics in a holistic approach, to support the individual in striving for wholeness.

Our Vision 2030
By 2030 we aim for
- psychedelic therapy to be known, understood, appreciated, and perceived as safe by professionals and patients
- Polish universities to implement modules/classes/faculties that teach fundamentals and lay the groundwork for future doctors, educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists’ awareness
- hospitals in Poland and therapeutic clinics to legally access support from psychedelics from a safe source in conjunction with psychotherapy
- young people who have previously dangerously experimented with various substances (seeking help in coping with stress, pressure, hate) to know where they can gain reliable knowledge that will protect them from harmful substances, distinguish between drugs and healthy safe psychedelic substances, learn how and with whom to use psychedelics, and when it is unnecessary and dangerous
- the model of psychotherapeutic approach in severe depressive states to change and the approach to therapy with psychedelic support to be updated
- 10,000 people in Poland to recover from depression, PTSD, and addictions by 2040 through psychedelic therapy
- to assist as many individuals with war-related traumas exposed to PTSD, with special emphasis on war veterans and individuals affected by war trauma in the conflict zones in Ukraine
