Tomasz Kwieciński
Responsible for the training, workshop and supervision zone, as well as cooperation with experts.
For years, he has been working therapeutically with expanded states of consciousness, being a transgenerational therapist and a holotropic breathwork facilitator. As the first person in Poland to complete the Grof Transpersonal Training, a multi-year training allowing to guide people through expanded states, he also founded the Holotropic Poland project.
After leading dozens of group sessions in 15 countries on 3 continents, he was admitted to the GTT Staff – a group of the most experienced specialists assisting in the training of new facilitators. He completed specialized training in "Ketamine and Trauma Treatment" and is undergoing training to become a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy therapist at Polaris.
He also conducted individual sessions with psilocybin in Amsterdam.
He is currently undergoing a four-year training in behavioral psychotherapy. He works at the Ketamine Clinic, where he prepares, assists, and integrates patients before, during, and after ketamine sessions.
He is also a certified coach by the Coaching Chamber. He lectures at the Professional School of Hypnotherapy.
He has created many articles and recordings, including the Psychedelic Therapy podcast. He is a co-founder of the Tree of Life project (a platform with recordings on psychology and development) and a co-author of Therapeutic Notebooks.
His personal interests also largely revolve around altered states of consciousness.
He has visited the Colombian jungle several times, where he participated in indigenous ceremonies with sacred plants and assisted in them. He has spent extended periods of time in darkness for self-exploration. He has visited sensory deprivation chambers, undergone complete, multi-day fasting several times, participated in long dance ceremonies, climbed high peaks twice, explored various wild corners of the world, and is also a fan of ice baths, long-distance running, ocean diving, sailing, sleeping under the open sky, various forms of yoga, experimental literature, and cinema. Meditation is a daily element of his life.

Since 2006, he has been conducting group and individual workshops in the field of mental training, emotional intelligence, and change management. He supports others in dealing with stress, burnout, and depression. He lectures at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) and the Warsaw Management University. Co-creator of the School of Therapy and Coaching according to CVP, the Institute of Change Leaders, the supporters.pl Therapy Center, and the CVP Club.
He has worked with over 850 clients for over 6500 hours of therapeutic, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
As an entrepreneur running three companies, everything he teaches also comes from business practice. He has worked as an advisor, trainer, and mentor for over 100 clients, including Time Square Games, NetGuru, Orange, Smyk, Metlife, Samsung, Śnieżka, P&G, and many others.
He has been invited to such media outlets as Forbes, Dzień Dobry TVN, and Polsat News.
He runs a blog about development and changes: adamdebowski.pl, as well as the Leadership Podcast and Supporters Podcast.

Passionate about therapeutic work with altered states of consciousness (achieved both through substances and other methods) and supporting people in psychedelic integration.
She practices the latter in the Psychedelic Workshop in Poznań, which she founded. She participates in numerous training sessions, workshops, and conferences on this topic.
She has 10 years of experience in developmental, intervention, supportive, and therapeutic work with other people. She combines two worlds - formal psychology and psychotherapy with an alternative view of life. Although reconciling these two perspectives is not always easy, she believes that it is precisely because of this that she can provide support to people who have the courage to delve very deeply into themselves and see the surrounding reality broadly.

She completed social prevention and rehabilitation studies at the University of Warsaw, psychology at the SWPS University, a comprehensive four-year psychotherapy training at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation, Group Psychotherapy School, and couples therapy training.
With over a decade of experience, gained both in public institutions and private practice, she has been interested in the therapeutic use of psychedelics for many years. She has conducted numerous workshops on psychedelic integration within the Polish Psychedelic Society.

Mark Aixala
Mark Aixala is one of the teachers at Grof Transpersonal Training, specializing in therapeutic applications of altered states of consciousness. He completed MDMA psychotherapy training in PTSD therapy conducted by MAPS and training in psilocybin therapy in treatment-resistant depression.
He works as a therapist and mentor in clinical trials with psilocybin at the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Barcelona. He also has experience as a Team Leader training individuals assisting participants experiencing difficult psychedelic experiences at the Boom Festival (Kosmicare 2010-2016).
Mark also collaborates with ICEERS (International Center for Ethnobotanical Education Research and Service) and offers therapy focused on integrating difficult and traumatic psychedelic experiences. He also develops theoretical models of intervention, training, and supervision for therapists. He is the author of the book "Psychedelic Integration: non-ordinary logics and the challenges of psychotherapy in expanded states of awareness".

Ewa Dziura
Member of the Polish Society of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She gained experience working with individuals in crisis situations of homelessness and in crisis intervention work with trauma survivors. Currently, she focuses on psychotherapeutic work with patients who have experienced traumatic events. Beyond her professional work, she is involved in voluntary and charitable activities as a qualified first aid responder and privileged vehicle driver, participating in medical transports of individuals from Ukraine.

Educated in neurocognitive science (MSc), she is a PhD candidate in neurobiology at the Institute of Experimental Biology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAS), where her research focuses on the mechanisms underlying the anti-addictive potential of psychedelics in addiction models. She has worked on medical data analysis during internships, including at the University of Miami and EPFL. For many years, she has been interested in the therapeutic use of altered states of consciousness, particularly in palliative care and trauma treatment. She has completed specialist training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Outside of academia, she is passionate about travel, art and combat sports.

A graduate in English philology (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań). A certified massage therapist, fascinated by various methods of working with body and mind and their integration. She has completed many training sessions in physiotherapy and bodywork.
Later interest in experiential methods of psychotherapy, especially in the context of trauma therapy, resulted in her completion of the first Level 1 training of the IFS method in Poland in 2020.
Since 2022, she has been a consultant at the Polish Psychedelic Society. She has participated in numerous training on the integration of psychedelic experiences and tripsitting conducted by, among others, Bob Falconer, Richard Schwartz, Michael Mithoefer, Robert Grant, Gabor Mate, LIMINAL, Owidiusz Okłota. She conducts workshops on using the IFS model for preparing and integrating psychedelic experiences.
She combines her experiences and knowledge in the field of bodywork, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics to raise awareness about psychedelic therapy and other psychotherapy methods, as well as ways of regulating the nervous system.

He specializes in the constructivist psychotherapy approach, strongly represented worldwide by the Barcelona center. His primary approach is coherence therapy. He is a certified teacher of this approach and a scientific collaborator at the Coherence Psychology Institute, through which he conducts workshops in Europe and promotes knowledge about memory reconsolidation in psychotherapy, including psychedelic-assisted therapy. A psychedelic therapist, founder of the SACRUM Psychedelic Therapy Center, facilitator of the Psychedelic Cannabis Breathwork method, graduate of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (Boulder, CO) in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training. He collaborates with the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness (USA) and is in the process of MAPS certification. He graduated from the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Warsaw and pursued doctoral studies at the School of Social Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is the author of the pamphlet "Who's Afraid of Psychedelics?" (1993) and numerous articles on psychedelic culture and science. He is the founder of Okultura publishing house, where since 2001 he has been translating and publishing books on the transformative potential of psychedelics, including works by Stanislav Grof, Timothy Leary, Terence McKenna, Ralph Metzner, and William Richards. From 2011 to 2015, he ran the psychoactive magazine "Trans/wizje". For over a decade, he has been participating in international psychedelic conferences.
