Chairwoman, Co-founder

Magdalena Kaspryszyn

Magdalena Kaspryszyn is the Co-founder and CEO of HoloMind Institute. With a rich background in empathic communication, language mentorship, and international recruitment leadership, she brings a unique interdisciplinary lens to therapeutic practice and education.

She is an interpersonal communication trainer, life coach, and expert in inclusive, trauma-aware language. Her mission is to help people reconnect — with their bodies, their stories, and each other — by creating spaces for deep listening, conscious presence, and transformative dialogue.

She hosts the HoloMind Talk podcast, where she brings together international experts in psychedelics to explore the science, ethics, and practice of transformative healing — promoting education, awareness, and harm reduction.

Over the years, she has worked with diverse communities — from military officers and HR teams to clinical researchers and educators — always placing human dignity, relational safety, and emotional literacy at the core of her work.

He has visited the Colombian jungle several times, where he participated in indigenous ceremonies with sacred plants and assisted in them. He has spent extended periods of time in darkness for self-exploration. He has visited sensory deprivation chambers, undergone complete, multi-day fasting several times, participated in long dance ceremonies, climbed high peaks twice, explored various wild corners of the world, and is also a fan of ice baths, long-distance running, ocean diving, sailing, sleeping under the open sky, various forms of yoga, experimental literature, and cinema.
