HoloMind Foundation
Founders
HoloMind Foundation is an organization based in Warsaw, established in 2025 by Magdalena Kaspryszyn, Karolina Błońska and Adam Dębowski. It was founded out of a need for a holistic approach to mental health. Its mission is to support individuals struggling with trauma, mental disorders, addictions, and their families through educational, therapeutic, and scientific initiatives.
The Foundation’s activities focus on psychological, psychiatric, and therapeutic education, as well as on increasing the accessibility and quality of healthcare in these areas. HoloMind is actively involved in mental health prevention, public awareness efforts, and the promotion of knowledge about modern forms of treatment. It also supports the development of a specialized professional workforce. Particular emphasis is placed on addressing the effects of trauma, depression, and addiction, and on supporting the healing processes of individuals affected by PTSD and other mental health disorders.
