Magdalena Kaspryszyn
Founder and CEO of the HoloMind Institute, cooperates with state and NGOs

Magdalena Kaspryszyn
Magdalena Kaspryszyn is the Co-founder and CEO of HoloMind Institute. With a rich background in empathic communication, language mentorship, and international recruitment leadership, she brings a unique interdisciplinary lens to therapeutic practice and education.
She is an interpersonal communication trainer, life coach, and expert in inclusive, trauma-aware language. Her mission is to help people reconnect — with their bodies, their stories, and each other — by creating spaces for deep listening, conscious presence, and transformative dialogue.
She hosts the HoloMind Talk podcast, where she brings together international experts in psychedelics to explore the science, ethics, and practice of transformative healing — promoting education, awareness, and harm reduction.
Over the years, she has worked with diverse communities — from military officers and HR teams to clinical researchers and educators — always placing human dignity, relational safety, and emotional literacy at the core of her work.

Karolina Błońska
Responsible for research and development, cooperation with partners and research centers.
Educated as a specialist in biomedical engineering and natural-medical sciences at the University of Amsterdam, where she formed a research group - Bio-molecular Complexity - with doctoral students from around the world.
Professionally associated with the clinical research industry for almost 20 years. For 10 years, she worked for the global pharmaceutical company Novartis Poland in positions such as Global Clinical Research Specialist and Project Manager in Europe. She also worked for Kendle International (now INC Research), overseeing clinical trials conducted for the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
For the past 5 years, she has been associated with the largest American organization dedicated to psychedelic research - MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) - where she is responsible for management and administration in Europe.
She believes that clinical research on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is crucial and necessary to provide proper support for the most in-need patients - those with PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, or various types of addictions.
Privately, she is passionate about meditation, the Wim Hof breathing method, and yoga.
Victoria Zielińska

Victoria Zielińska
A neurocognitive specialist, she works at the Neuropsychological Research Center at SWPS University. A Johnson & Johnson program intern at the University of Miami (FL).
She has participated in specialized training in psychedelic therapy, including the LIMINAL Psychedelic Integration Course and the Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy workshop led by Phil Wolfson.
Interested in the use of altered states of consciousness in therapy for many years, mainly in palliative care and trauma treatment.
Privately, she is a travel enthusiast and martial arts practitioner.
Tali Avron
Extensive experience in clinical research, contributed to trials involving psychedelics
Tali Avron, expert in managing and coordinating clinical trials in world leading companies, specializing in areas of medical cannabis and psychedelics. She earned a B.Sc degree in Animal Sciences in 2008, where she started to develop her curiosity and passion for scientific research. Always driven by ethical questions around research and her love for nature and animals, in the past few years she has been particularly interested in exploring how science can harness plant power to the benefit of society. In the last few years Tali has been working as the clinical trials manager for MAPS Europe, overseeing the MDMA-assisted therapy program across multiple countries. She is also vegan and an advocate for animal rights. In her free time she enjoys diving, cooking and also volunteers with the harm reduction organization “Safe Shore”, providing support for people undergoing challenging experiences in festivals and raves.
Manal Al-Hammadi
Certified Psychedelic Integration Facilitator and Educator
Manal Al-Hammadi is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional and a certified Psychedelic Integration Facilitator. She serves as the Managing Director at the Psychedelic Studies Institute and works within the venture capital sector. With over a decade of experience studying psychedelics, she brings together expertise from business, technology transfer, and psychedelic research and education. Manal leads initiatives to advance training and education on the therapeutic use of psychedelics within existing legal frameworks. Currently, Manal is training as a transpersonal psychotherapist and working on her Ph.D. on the intersection of psychedelics, public health, and drug policy.
Angelika Kłosińska
Psychotherapist and Qualified Psychedelic Research Therapist
Angelika is a psychotherapist and certified psychedelic research therapist with a diverse practice that blends clinical research, therapy, and education. She works on psychedelic clinical trials in London and supports international studies as an Adherence Rater, helping maintain high standards in therapeutic work. She also mentors therapists in psychedelic studies in Poland, supporting the growth of the field across borders.
Alongside her research work, Angelika has experience facilitating psychedelic retreats and integration sessions, which shapes her holistic, grounded approach to therapy. She combines science, traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and insights from expanded states of consciousness to support deep healing and personal growth.
Angelika is also a public speaker and passionate advocate for women's mental health. She's involved in projects that amplify women's voices and address often-overlooked areas like menopause, trauma, and life transitions, working to make mental health care more inclusive, accessible, and supportive for women at every stage of life.
Oksana Gryshchenko
Ukraine Country Director at Heal Ukraine Trauma
Oksana Gryshchenko, Ukraine Country Director of a USA nonprofit, Heal Ukraine Trauma.
She has PhD in economics and Masters in Psychology. She has been the head of an international business consulting company for over 15 years, specializing in bringing foreign investment into Ukraine. She was an advisor to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine (2006-2007; 2010-2014). She also has extensive experience in national grass-roots politics. Her other area of interest include contemporary art curating and studies of Western Esotericism, exploring the relationship between religion and science.
