3. Key Actions
- Inclusive Policies and Guidelines – establish clear policies against discrimination, harassment, and exclusion.
- Safe Spaces – create environments where participants and staff feel secure to express themselves and engage fully.
- Accessibility – ensure that programs, workshops, and materials are accessible to people with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
- Training and Awareness – provide regular training for staff, collaborators, and participants on inclusivity, unconscious bias, and respectful communication.
- Feedback and Reporting Channels – implement confidential mechanisms for reporting concerns or unsafe behavior.
- Monitoring and Evaluation – continuously assess the effectiveness of inclusivity and safety measures and make adjustments as needed.

- Inclusion & Safety Officer – oversees implementation and monitoring of the plan
- Project Teams and Staff – apply inclusive practices in all activities
- Board – approves policies, reviews reports, and supports corrective actions when necessary
