Inclusion and Safety Plan

To create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment across all HoloMind activities, ensuring that everyone—regardless of gender, background, or identity—feels respected, valued, and empowered.

2. Scope 

  • Research projects (including psychedelic and psychotherapeutic studies)
  • Educational programs and workshops
  • Online platforms, social media, and community events

3. ⁠Key Actions

  • Inclusive Policies and Guidelines – establish clear policies against discrimination, harassment, and exclusion.
  • Safe Spaces – create environments where participants and staff feel secure to express themselves and engage fully.
  • Accessibility – ensure that programs, workshops, and materials are accessible to people with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Training and Awareness – provide regular training for staff, collaborators, and participants on inclusivity, unconscious bias, and respectful communication.
  • Feedback and Reporting Channels – implement confidential mechanisms for reporting concerns or unsafe behavior.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation – continuously assess the effectiveness of inclusivity and safety measures and make adjustments as needed.

  • Inclusion & Safety Officer – oversees implementation and monitoring of the plan
  • Project Teams and Staff – apply inclusive practices in all activities
  • Board – approves policies, reviews reports, and supports corrective actions when necessary
