- Baseline Analysis – collecting gender-disaggregated data on project participants, team members, and partners.
- Equal Access and Representation – ensuring balanced gender representation in research, expert panels, and project teams.
- Integration of Gender Perspective – including gender-related issues in research projects, educational content, and training materials.
- Training and Awareness – organizing workshops for staff and project participants on gender equality and inclusivity.
- Anti-Discrimination and Safety Policy – creating a safe and supportive environment for work and research.
- Monitoring and Evaluation – regularly reporting on progress, measuring the impact of initiatives, and making adjustments as needed.
