To ensure equal opportunities and the integration of a gender perspective across all HoloMind research and educational activities. We aim for both project participants and researchers to have equal access to resources, training, and development opportunities.

  • Baseline Analysis – collecting gender-disaggregated data on project participants, team members, and partners.
  • Equal Access and Representation – ensuring balanced gender representation in research, expert panels, and project teams.
  • Integration of Gender Perspective – including gender-related issues in research projects, educational content, and training materials.
  • Training and Awareness – organizing workshops for staff and project participants on gender equality and inclusivity.
  • Anti-Discrimination and Safety Policy – creating a safe and supportive environment for work and research.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation – regularly reporting on progress, measuring the impact of initiatives, and making adjustments as needed.
