1. Introduction and Purpose
The HoloMind Foundation is committed to promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusiveness in all aspects of its activities – research, education, therapy, and organizational operations. This GEP is a tool for planning, implementing, and monitoring actions that ensure equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of gender, age, origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or health status.

Our mission is to support individuals struggling with trauma, mental disorders, addictions, and their families through educational, therapeutic, and scientific initiatives. Gender equality is integral to this mission – we believe that access to support and opportunities for development must be equal for all.

- Equal opportunities for promotion and leadership roles.
- Transparent recruitment procedures.
- Monitoring gender pay equality.
3.2. Equality in Research and Education
- Integrating gender perspectives in research projects (gender dimension in research).
- Equal access to participation in scientific and training initiatives.
3.3. Work–Life Balance
- Flexible working arrangements (remote, hybrid).
- Support for parents and caregivers of dependents.
3.4. Education and Awareness
- Anti-discrimination and gender equality training for the team.
- Promoting inclusive language in all Foundation materials.
3.5. Procedures and Addressing Inequalities
- Implementation of an anti-discrimination policy.
- Appointment of a Gender Equality Officer to monitor equality and handle reports.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Annual gender equality report (participation of women/men in teams, pay differences, participation in projects).
- Plan updated every two years.
